My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your emotions, better understand yourself, and feel supported while building tools to manage life’s challenges and move forward with confidence. I provide genuine, unbiased, and supportive therapy tailored to each individual. I work closely with the LGBTQ+ community and individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key, and I approach each session knowing the client is the expert of their own life.
