I believe healing happens through connection, safety, and being truly seen. I work with individuals navigating eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, honoring each person’s unique story while helping them build insight, resilience, and self-trust. As a veteran who served in the Marine Corps, I am also passionate about supporting veterans and active duty, as they navigate military culture, life after the military, reconnect with themselves, and find steadiness in the midst of change.
