Hi and welcome! Life can be super overwhelming sometimes between family, relationships, work, or even school. Tragedies in life may have also left you feeling alone and that no one understands you. You may struggle with intense overwhelming emotions that you don't quite know what to do with. You might wake up feeling a sense of dread and lack of purpose or even have your brain feel so cluttered with thoughts that you don't know how to navigate them all. You tell yourself that something needs to change but don't know where to start. If any of this resonates with you, you're not alone and I'm here to help! Our work together can include changing thought processes through CBT, managing those difficult emotions with DBT, and getting your mind connected with your body through somatic based interventions. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, space where we can gently explore your most difficult emotions and troubling thoughts.
