In our world with so many ways and/or devices to keep us close or connected, why are we so ‘disconnected’. Why are our relationships in shambles? Sometimes we need support, encouragement, and guidance to help us get through the hard times. As your therapist, it is my responsibility to work myself out of a job. To give you some things that will help you deal with the difficulties now, as well as the ones you will encounter in the future. I use various methods and ways to support and encourage a better way of living. When we are hurt, we often act in ways that are self-protecting, but are detrimental to the relationship.
