My ideal clients are adults and couples who feel stuck in painful patterns and want more than coping—they want real change and deeper understanding. Many are carrying early attachment wounds, developmental trauma, or the effects of overwhelming life experiences that shape how they relate, regulate emotions, and feel safe with others. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety or disconnection, couples caught in cycles of conflict or distance, and individuals recovering from or living with the aftermath of psychosis or destabilizing altered states who are seeking steady, respectful support.
