I collaborate with clients to create a trusting and comfortable environment where people can be themselves. We will work together to process through your stressors, fears, goals, and experiences to unbury the truth of it all... you already contain all that you need. You are the center of your therapeutic experience. I work best with teens, young adults, and couples. Please note that if you are currently a student in the North Plymouth Public School District, I am unable to be your clinician due to conflicting roles. The goal is help each person develop an arsenal of tools that they can independently access when they need to. These tools are an integration of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and a range of therapeutic approaches.
