I work with teenagers and adults who have experienced traumatic events or are needing support through life transitions. As a certified divorce and co-parenting specialist, I prioritize a child-focused approach as I work with parents to prioritize the needs of their child(ren) and process the challenges of co-parenting with an ex-partner. I specialize in divorce and co-parenting support, somatic cognitive behavioral therapy, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and person-centered therapy. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental, and person centered. Together, we will identify goals and work towards them collaboratively.
