Without conscious awareness, our past can hold us captive but it doesn't have to! Utilizing research-proven therapy techniques, I believe you can break cycles and become the person you were always meant to be. Not in spite of your struggles but actually because of them. That's called post-traumatic growth and I consider it an honor, truly, to walk alongside you on this journey. Seeking therapy transformed my own life and motivated me to become one myself. It is truly an honor to sit alongside someone and help them to crawl out of the darkness into a joyful life. Therapy will not fix things overnight. It is a process but the rewards are great.
