I have over 10 years of experience in the field of clinical social work and mental health. My experience in this field taught me that the best way to help a person make positive changes in their life is to provide them with a safe and compassionate space where anything can be discussed, challenges can be addressed, and new strengths discovered. I am also passionate about overall wellness, and believe that nutrition, exercise, and sleep play an important role in mental health. My work with my clients focuses on empathy, education and information, and working together to find the solutions that work for you.
