Welcome! Life is full of challenges, and it’s also filled with moments of joy and humor. I invite all of these elements into the therapeutic process. Through an authentic, supportive and collaborative relationship, I partner with my clients as they explore their thoughts, feelings, values, and create meaning out of their life experiences. I seek to support and empower my clients as they navigate life’s challenges, celebrate life’s joys, and gain better awareness of themselves and their place in the world. Above all else, I strive to create a genuine connection with my clients built on a foundation of trust, care and support. My approach to therapy is integrative while being rooted in person-centered, relational, existential, and strengths-based principles. I understand that every client is unique, and so I tailor my approach to best suit the individual’s needs and presenting concerns.
