I have a passion for working with couples and helping them stay connected, repair hurts and pains and restore their marriage to be in the best place it can be. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and help at Hold Me Tight Workshops. I also work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and relationship conflicts. I am trained in EMDR as well. I offer free 10 minute consultations to see if I am the right fit for you. I offer in-person sessions in NC and virtual to clients in FL, CA, VA.
