About

As a therapist who specializes in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, co-dependency, burnout, and trauma, I've come to believe an act of true self-care is creating a life we don’t want to escape. I recognize the impact of the mind-body connection, not only on how we live our lives, but also on how we respond to challenges and interact with others. While we may not choose the challenges and obstacles we have faced, or are currently facing, I do believe we can work towards responding to them in ways that help us feel more grounded, empowered, and confident.
