My approach is compassionate, collaborative and direct. I believe developing an honest, authentic therapeutic relationship is key to making changes, so providing a non-judgmental, trauma informed space is my priority. We’ll laugh in sessions (yes, therapy can be fun!) and work together to identify your goals, highlight and build upon your strengths and insights, and explore concepts like vulnerability, intimacy, and self-compassion.
