At times even the normal pressures of life can cause us to lose sight of our strengths and natural ability to problem solve. I provide a safe environment where clients can regain their perspective, find acceptance, and challenge themselves to grow. I believe that therapy is a collaborative endeavor to which I bring my training and knowledge to assist you in meeting your goals. I am an accomplished NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker and achieved my Master of Social Work from Fordham University/Lincoln Center in 2001 and my Bachelor of Science from Long Island University/CW Post in 1997.
