Hi No two clients are alike, so neither is my approach! I work with clients who feel they are out of options, feel lost, burnt out, and feel their symptoms have taken over their lives. With all of my clients, I work to instill the skills not only needed to overcome the issue they are seeking counseling for, but also how to use these skills with future problems. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual client and their needs but is always goal oriented. I have a special interest/experience in self-injury, depression, anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum issues, parenting and chronic pain/migraines with adolescents and adults. When working with individual clients I aim to foster a collaborative, honest, and compassionate environment. I help clients take back control of their lives to ensure an increased quality of life. I also teach the skills needed to manage symptoms so they do not take over again.
