My hope as your therapist is that collaboratively I assist you in finding meaning in the mundane and navigating yourself to a place of living, not just existing. I believe that most of us would benefit from accountability as well as self-forgiveness. While working with my clients, I strive to provide space where they feel empowered to speak freely and without fear of judgment. I have significant experience working with adolescents and adults with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and interpersonal conflict.
