It's hard to regret small steps taken with good intention and minimal hope. Let's get you feeling better. The beginning of my career focused on adventure therapy and experiential learning. When the body is in some sort of motion, the brain works better, and healing comes more organically. Now, I incorporate theories of neuroplasticity, trauma informed treatment planning and intuitive based curiosity to offer healing to my clients both inside the office and out.
