I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience providing individual and group therapy. I work with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, decision-making, and/or making behavioral changes. In particular, I enjoy working with young adults in their 20s and 30s around common issues that come up including life transitions and forming meaningful and authentic relationships.
