I help children, teens, and adults who experience difficulty regulating big emotions and navigating life transitions to find connection and their voice by providing an empathic and warm relationship and the courage to set boundaries. I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I believe that empathic and accepting relationships are the key toward helping individuals move towards positive growth. My goal in working with children is to empower the child while collaborating with adults in their life to better understand how the child is functioning.
