I believe the role of a therapist is in helping clients to connect with their innate wisdom and resilience. If you have found yourself struggling with interpersonal relationships, anxiety, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you then I may be able to support you in making the changes you desire in your life. If you are struggling with grief (from loss or the kind that comes with changes we do not choose for ourselves) then I can help you to navigate the accompanying emotions. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, adverse childhood events, and perinatal mood changes.
