I strive to support people in finding relief from struggles and emotional pain. I hope clients can better understand themselves and explore what matters most. With extensive experience and training working with college-aged and adult populations, I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, academic/job distress, relationship conflict, trauma, substance use concerns and sleep issues. I genuinely enjoy supporting clients in reflecting on what they need for health and discovering new and old ways to feel joy.
