I provide outpatient counseling to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a diverse array of issues including but not limited to trauma, grief and loss, substance use and abuse, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, stress management, eating disorders, academic / career counseling,and general crisis intervention.I have over 20 yrs experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings and choose treatment techniques / modalities on a case by case basis in order to facilitate effective individualized treatment. I also assist with referrals for additional services such as medication management as indicated.
