My practice centers around helping clients overcome trauma and find safety and stability in their lives. My work with patients usually starts with figuring out the vision they have for themselves. Patients leave sessions with a goal to help along the road to this vision- this may be a plan made together during therapy, a new way of thinking to practice, or a coping tool to help get through difficult moments.
