Whether you struggle with problematic relationships, difficulty doing the things you want or need to do, suicidal ideation, unwanted thoughts, trauma, self-harming, lashing out at loved ones, or are feeling stuck with other unhelpful patterns, my goal is to help you feel understood and create a life that feels more in control and meaningful. I am a Harvard- and Emory-trained licensed clinical psychologist with advanced training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I offer online individual therapy, parent guidance, and family therapy, and can practice throughout most states.
