Launching young adults off to college can be a stressful time. I specialize in treatment of high school and twentysomething clients tailoring to their individual needs giving them a greater understanding of their strengths assisting them to discover their authentic self. I work with clients to map out their unique goals and set attainable targets. Competition, feeling overwhelmed can cause anxiety and fear. Together we will work together to dispel the social discomfort of not feeling good enough, smart enough and want a safe place and a strategy for the next steps at a crucial time.
