I take a holistic approach to counseling, evaluating the whole person from both their inner and outer characteristics. I believe both clinical and the spiritual dynamics of therapy go hand and hand, working in conjunction one with the other, it is from this idea that my therapeutic approach derives. I understand everyone may not share this idea or have this understanding. I will provide effective therapy to each client according to their unique needs. I seek to provide services with clinical professional competence, through a spirit of acceptance, empathy, compassion, and respect for those I service. I focus on providing quality, authentic, & creditable services for each individual client. I provide individual, group, and marriage counseling to those experiencing problems with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, infidelity & relational issues. I provide various theoretical approaches including: Didactic, Christian Counseling, & CBT.
