I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and affirming space where clients feel supported in exploring both the painful and hopeful parts of their experience. I value the courage it takes to begin therapy and approach each client with care, curiosity, and deep respect. I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, recovery from addiction, grief, and life transitions. I am especially committed to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients while welcoming people of all backgrounds. I help clients examine beliefs and patterns that may be keeping them stuck or disconnected.
