I know, I know. You'd rather tough it out alone using your steely grit and white knuckle resolve. But let's say that hasn't been working so well lately. On the off chance that you might want a passenger on your mental health journey, or even just someone to discuss a few questions that have been on your mind, I've been told I'm a pretty good listener. I have experience working with folks dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life on the autism spectrum, adjusting to a new phase of life, etc. but no problem is too big or small for us to tackle. About me: I'm pretty open minded. I'm interested in all beliefs, embrace safe & consensual relationships of all sizes, and don't shy away from talking about those strange thoughts that only come out at 3am. I don't get weird about whatever pronoun you prefer, the people you love or don't love, or even that super embarrassing thing you did that one time.
