I’m Meg (she/her), a counseling student at Southwestern College in Santa Fe. I bring a warm, intuitive, and collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in psychodynamic theory, somatic awareness, and heart-centered connection. My background in theatre and voice deeply informs how I show up with clients- with presence, curiosity, and listening. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which deeply shapes my work. I support clients in building compassionate relationships with their inner parts and honoring the wisdom each part holds. I also hold certifications in Energy Medicine, Meditation and Human Sexuality.
