I believe we can all benefit from counseling at various times in our lives; to reconnect with ourselves, loved ones, our communities & environments. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy. This is a non-directive approach rooted in empathy, unconditional positive regard, & congruent behavior. Together, we will foster authentic growth through the nonjudgmental, compassionate identification of imbalance in your life. As your counselor, I will not have answers for you. Rather, I will hold sacred space & assist you in identifying your presenting problems, your strengths, & a path towards healing. My first priority is to establish a safe therapeutic relationship & collaborate with you to identify appropriate counseling goals. Then, depending on your concerns & preferences, I will listen & be present with you as you work towards your goals.
