Whether you are navigating the deep fog of grief, the weight of anxiety, or the shifting tides of a major life transition, you don't have to carry it alone. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults (18+) to process, heal, and rediscover their sense of self. I have a passion for working with women navigating the complexities of postpartum, the "empty nest" as children leave for college, returning to the workforce, or managing relationship struggles. I also have extensive experience working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and young adults as they define their own paths in the world.
