Accepting new clients in Rhode Island and in Massachusetts. It's a scary world out there but we can navigate it together. I am a licensed mental health counselor, providing trauma-informed, person-centered therapy through a feminist lens. I mostly work with clients aged 12 and up; I specialize in working with teens and young adults. I have a performing arts background which helps inform my counseling work. In our therapeutic relationship, you are the driver and I am the GPS; I will help you get to your destination faster, and will re-route as needed, but you are in control of the car.
