I'm a forest dwelling, Northern California native devoted to helping folks leverage neuroplasticity and treat symptoms at the source. My clients are the seekers with BIG questions, creatives, women and those in search of greater emotional resilience, healthy boundaries and self-compassion. I believe that good therapy should empower people via the acquisition of new tools, and that it’s through this process we shift from surviving to thriving and begin to self heal.
