As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with teens (14+), adults and families looking to improve their mental health, as well as their relationship with themselves and others. I am experienced in treating individuals and families impacted by addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, relational conflict, depression, perfectionism, low self worth, trauma, life transitions, infertility and more. This includes clients currently struggling with substance abuse and disordered eating. I am licensed in Idaho, Arizona, Utah, Texas and California, and I see clients virtually throughout Idaho.
