I received my B.A. in Education/Child Development from Pepperdine University and my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from University of Southern California. My practice is focused on young adults, adolescents, and parent support/ coaching of those demographics. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where adolescents and young adults can express themselves freely and safely. Through evidence-based approaches tailored to individual needs, I guide clients in building healthy coping strategies, improving communication skills, and fostering grit and resilience.
