Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California with 8 years of experience seeing clients from various backgrounds. I received my Master's from Argosy University in Orange, CA. I help clients recognize their strengths, develop positive thinking patterns, and assist them in moving through life's obstacles. Everyone is an expert in their own life, but sometimes, we all need a little reminder that we can find solutions to existing issues. In our first session, we will briefly introduce ourselves, assess the presenting issue, and develop goals that specifically target your current challenges. I will also gladly answer any questions you may have pertaining to the therapy and treatment process.
