Therapy can be a space to slow down, get curious, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. As a licensed psychologist, I cultivate a supportive and affirming relationship through which my clients feel safe to dig deep, explore and reflect on what is important to them. I support my clients in gaining self-knowledge and awareness in order to create more meaningful connections in their lives and engage with authenticity in the world around them.
