Covering up our pain instead of plowing ahead with self honesty. Evidence based practices, wrapped in warmth and wisdom, can boost brain health & mend the heart . Within the first 2 sessions we co- create a treatment plan, taking family and psychological history into account. This is a time of online psychological warfare, it’s time to protect yourself .
