There are many different reasons clients come to me for help, with the common goal of finding happiness, and living a life that feels fulfilled and peaceful. Whether it be an experience from the past that anchors you, a problem in the present that negatively affects important responsibilities such as family/relationships, career/education and overall well being, or worry of the future; everyone deserves to feel in control and empowered for their own lives. Together, we can convert negative thinking into positive/proactive thinking that generates change.
