I’m so glad you’ve taken this first step toward your mental health. I know it can feel overwhelming, but I’m here to guide you every step of the way. My goal is to remove fear and judgment by creating a safe, supportive space for healing. With over 10 years of experience in mental health—from crisis-level psychiatric care to private practice—I believe in holistic, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs. I am EMDR-trained through EMDRIA and certified in Complex Trauma Levels One and Two. I am a trauma-focused clinician with extensive experience working with teens, adults, parenting, military personnel, and first responders. My work includes treating a wide range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and altered reality states. Offering online sessions Tue–Fri 9–2 and in-person Thursdays 9–5 in Henderson.
