I have a couple every other week appointments and weekly appointments open, please email. Seeking some extra support is a brave and hopeful next step. I have been a clinical social worker for over 15 years, and I take pride in my ability to build a genuine therapeutic relationship which is critical for growth and healing. I bring honesty, humor, warmth, and curiosity to each session. We will create space in which you can feel safe to be real and vulnerable while digging in to those stressors that cause pain, worry, and confusion. We’ll use our time to sit with challenging thoughts and feelings and develop some new strategies to find a path forward towards a more meaningful life. I particularly appreciate supporting women through grief and loss, life transitions, and challenging relationships. I draw from a variety of treatment approaches, and my approach is always client centered.
