I enjoy working with individuals in various stages of life ranging from small children to adults. I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and their caregivers! As a parent, I understand the challenges that come with raising children and the emotions that arise through parenting. I help my clients feel safe and connected in order to teach them skills such as emotional regulation, healthy coping skills, communication, and parenting that best fit their child. I build connection with my clients through play, expressive arts, & talk therapy, depending on their age and interests. Clients will learn more about themselves, their emotions, and coping skills that best fit their unique personality. My goal is to empower children, teens, parents, and adults with confidence they can manage life's challenges as they come!
