I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families treating a variety of life's problems. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and judgment free environment for all of my clients. As a counselor I use a variety of techniques and work to increase my clients coping skills, communication skills, and ability to deal with life's full variety of problems. I work from and focus on evidenced based treatments to provide clients with the best treatment possible to sustain their long term mental health. Although, I am comfortable working with adolescents, children, and adults who come to therapy with a wide range of concerns. I combine elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.
