For those holding trauma, grief, or the complexities of relationship, and for those longing to return to themselves outside of their patterns shaped by survival, there is steadiness and hope here. Together, we deeply listen, soften, and foster connections to self and others that feel grounded, authentic, and sustaining. My work unfolds in partnership with you, guided by a deep reverence for the body’s intelligence. I bring a foundation informed by my training in relational Gestalt, depth psychology, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based EMDR. I work relationally and experientially, cultivating safety in embodiment as a foundation for healing.
