Beyond analyzing patterns, reframing beliefs, or engaging in wellness practices, you may hear a quiet call to slow down and turn inward. This is where healing unfolds – through spaciousness, presence, and embodiment. I work with creatives, disruptors, and highly sensitive people (HSP) ready for nervous system-level transformation and a journey home to themselves. Together, we deepen into reverent relationship: with self, with others, and with the natural world. My approach integrates trauma-responsive somatic therapy with breath, sound, and movement to support healing on every level: body, psyche, and soul. Rooted in polyvagal nervous system repair, attachment, and spiritual depth, I will invite you to awaken your inner healer, release stored patterns, and embody a more harmonious, authentic expression of yourself.
