I am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals, heal, and restore their mental health and relationships. While I have a special place in my heart for working with children and helping them navigate life’s challenges through play therapy, I equally enjoy supporting adults on their unique journeys toward healing and growth. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, whether I’m working with a child overcoming emotional difficulties or an adult navigating trauma, anxiety, or relationship concerns.
