Gen-Z and Millennials are rewriting the rules—and therapy can help you do it with intention. I work with adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, emotion regulation and the pressure to ‘figure it all out.’ My clients often face neurodivergence, marginalization, stress, anxiety, depression, low motivation, relationships struggles or self-esteem challenges. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ and marginalized communities. I also provide suicide prevention and intervention training to clinical and non-clinical audiences, equipping them to recognize risk and respond with trauma-informed care.
