I am a firm believer that trust, connection, and consistency are key to a positive therapeutic relationship. I value building on a person’s strengths and assisting others with identifying strengths within themselves. I recognize the need to meet people where they are throughout the therapeutic process to assist them with identifying their own personal goals for therapy and healing.
