Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. I work with individuals facing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and trauma-related concerns. I am a LGBTQI+ affirming. When emotions or life circumstances seem unmanageable — and I’m here to walk with you, not judge or push, but to partner with you in a way that feels collaborative and respectful. I’m passionate about helping individuals feel empowered and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. My approach is personalized, client-centered, and rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen and heard.
