We all have a unique, beautiful self that can feel lost due to trauma, chronic stress, and systemic or societal pressures. In the process of surviving, we often learn to move away from parts of who we truly are in order to stay safe. Therapy with me as a space to gently reconnect with that self, and explore who you are beneath expectations, pain, and adaptation. Starting the therapeutic process together will look like establishing safety, learning to understand your needs, and creating a space that allows you to show up just as you are. Everything is welcome and we will learn how to care for it together.
